Activ8 Asia PVT LTD has achieved Great Place To Work® Certification™ for the third consecutive year, earning certification for the period April 2026 to April 2027. The latest certification comes in a milestone year for the organisation, with Activ8 Asia also recognised as one of the Great Workplaces for Young Talent in Sri Lanka for 2026 and among the Best Workplaces™ in Technology in Sri Lanka for 2026.
The recognition reflects Activ8 Asia’s continued focus on building a workplace where people can grow, contribute and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment. Over the past year, the organisation has expanded its workplace achievements beyond its annual certification, with recognition across areas including young talent and technology.
Being recognised among the Great Workplaces for Young Talent in Sri Lanka for 2026 highlights Activ8 Asia’s focus on creating an environment where younger employees can develop their capabilities, contribute ideas and take on new opportunities. The organisation was also recognised among the Best Workplaces™ in Technology in Sri Lanka for 2026, reflecting its evolving approach to technology and the workplace.
Activ8 Asia also participated in the Best Workplaces™ in Technology event held under the theme “The AI Workplace Shift” on 26 June 2026. The event brought together organisations and leaders to explore how artificial intelligence is changing workplaces, roles and the way businesses operate.
These milestones were further complemented by Activ8 Asia’s participation in the Great Place To Work® Regional Conference 2026, held on 10 September at Cinnamon Life, Colombo. Centred on the theme “The People Algorithm: Where Leadership, Culture & AI Intersect,” the regional conference explored how organisations can bring together leadership, workplace culture and AI as the future of work continues to evolve.
